How To Stay Focused Especially When You’re Tired and Overwhelmed.

How do you stay focused?

You just got to work.  You’re feeling extra motivated and buzzing to start the day…either that, or the double shot of espresso you took just kicked in.  Regardless…you’re feeling good.

You sit down, open your computer, login to your email and begin to see the emails pour in like a water hose on full blast.

You start feeling a bit overwhelmed.

A Facebook notification pops up in the top right hand corner of your screen.

“Oh! I wonder what it is!” *Click*

Four hours later and you’ve managed to scroll through all of Facebook. You bought a new pair of shoes online.  Responded to some emails. And there’s an open bag of potato chips next to you.

How did that happen?

You’re not feeling so motivated anymore.

It happens to the best of us. We start off strong, then somewhere along the line our focus falls through the cracks. So… how do you STAY focused?
